United States Citizenship and Immigration Services has implemented a new civics test. Naturalization applicants who file on or after December 1, 2020, will be required to pass a 2020 version of the U.S. history and civics test. This test contains 128 questions and applicants must answer 12 of 20 correctly to pass.
