– If you already have an account, click on the “Login” button at the top right corner of the web page to access your account.

– If you do not have a PBTI account, click on the “Signup” button in the upper right hand corner to create your very own PBTI account.

When I launch the training module, I see the Adobe Presenter logo spinning without end.

– Clear your cookies in your browser: You can do that by accessing the history section of your browser and checking “clear cookies.” This tends to be the most common solution.

– Update your Flash Player: Updating your Flash Player in your browser may also solve this issue. For assistance in updating your Flash Player, please view Adobe’s support page here.

– Change your browser settings: Make sure your browser is set to allow JavaScript, Flash, Images, and Popups.

– Change or update your browser: Chrome and Firefox tend to work with PBTI training modules better than other browsers. Additionally, make sure that your browser is up to date.

When I launch the training module, I am only able to see quiz slides.

– If when you open the training you only see quiz questions or a few other slides in the video, email or They will reset your quiz, which will enable you to see the entire training.

Please note that quiz questions and responses are only for learning and assessment purposes. Your quiz score will not affect your ability to volunteer with a legal services organization.
