When I launch the training module, I see the Adobe Presenter logo spinning without end.
– Clear your cookies in your browser: You can do that by accessing the history section of your browser and checking “clear cookies.” This tends to be the most common solution.
– Update your Flash Player: Updating your Flash Player in your browser may also solve this issue. For assistance in updating your Flash Player, please view Adobe’s support page here.
– Change or update your browser: Chrome and Firefox tend to work with PBTI training modules better than other browsers. Additionally, make sure that your browser is up to date.
