Since 2019, immigration advocacy organizations have actively litigated numerous proposed changes to USCIS’ fee schedule, fee waiver eligibility, and fee policies pertaining to naturalization. Litigation has temporarily halted the proposed changes. PBTI staff and trainers will continue to monitor and update the training when appropriate.
