The Workers’ Rights legal clinic provides low-wage workers with legal information, self-help, and appropriate referrals regarding their workplace legal issues, including: wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, disability, reasonable accommodations, and wage claims. The clinic is held on the third Tuesday of each month (no clinic in December) at the CCLS offices in Fresno, Merced and Visalia, California. Some monthly clinic sessions are held at the Mexican Consulate in Fresno. Employment law training with MCLE and mentoring is available to new and continuing volunteers.
